We want you to love what you buy from WACKEYS. But if it doesn’t feel right — no worries at all.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.

✅ Conditions for Return:

• Item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

• The return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund.

💸 Refund Process:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
  

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, UPI, or Wallet) within 5-7 business days.
  

• For damaged or incorrect products, please send us photos/videos at the time of unboxing.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
  Custom-made keycaps are non-refundable. (such as special orders or personalized items),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
